September Favourites...

Here is all of things that I have been loving through September...

Urm can we just take a moment there... SEPTEMBER is over?! Where is this year going!

Essie All-in-One (top coat, strengthener, base coat)
I have struggled with finding a good top coat for a while, I personally have very weak nails which can mean that polish can chip or peel off easily. However this one is different, not only has my nails got stronger from it but it has meant that polish has stayed on my nails for longer.

Bath and Body Works Raspberry and Peach Macaroon Candle
It smells amazing. That's all.

Collection Lasting Perfection Ultimate Wear Concealer (cool medium 2)
I was never sure about this hype.. however it is phenomenal! The coverage is amazing and it stays all day.. I would honestly say that it is so much better than any of the higher end concealers that I have used. If you haven't made the investment yet, do it!

Bethany Mota @ Aeropostale White Cardigan
I think that I have spoke about this cardigan before but I am gonna bring it up again, I have loved it all summer and coming into winter, it has been perfect for layering. Proving that sometimes clothes can be for more than one season and why do we need a completely wardrobe for each season?!

New Look Tall Printed Joggers
This is almost a mini throwback for me personally, I used to love a pair of printed trousers ( I still have many pairs of them) but these are magically. They can look quite smart on the eye but in all honesty they are comfiest things that I own.

Cath Kidston Medium Tote Bag
I did it... I know.. I have a problem... Cath Kidston sucked me in again. However this time it was second-hand. I managed to pick this magical bag on vinted.com. I will link it below to my profile where you can check bargains out from there!

Until next time

Friday

Change is among us.

As September is now among us, change is begining. Summer is turning into Autumn, Back to school season, the sky is darker and the world is getting colder.

So as this is the season of change, I decided to change my room around to celebrate this! I didn't really buy anything new but I actually just sorted through everything that I have and was able to sell/give away things that I know longer needed (and I used this money to buy new things but we don't need to talk about that!)

Changing the way your room looks is a really easy way to make you feel like you have a brand new room without really spending any money, but for me it helps to be able to focus for the school year ahead.

Before:
I had my room this way for many years and I my opinion it had just become tired and needed an uplift, just to make it feel like it was 'my space' again.
After:
By moving my bed round gave more space within the room, so I can put up an airbed or something like that when friends come to stay over.
(the only thing that I bought here was the scratch world map which is from Luckies of London)

I think that this is my favourite corner of my room!
I LOVE having my desk this way especially as the autumn leaves and winter will start I can just look out the window and enjoy the view. I also LOVE having the pictures behind my desk because it just keeps me motivated whilst I am working to smile and appreciate my friends and family. ❤
Until next time

p.s as part of moving things round in my room I have put some things up for sale on eBay and Vinted so check them out:

I really recommend both of these websites and for me personally it is such a thrill to be able to make money on things that are just gonna be sat round doing nothing!!

Friday

What's in my bag? Back to School Edition.

So back to school is officially here. For some of you who already back at school this post may not apply to you, so I apologise in advance. However for those of you who are like me and are not back to school yet you may find this useful.

For me personally I have to carry different textbooks on different days so the weight of my bag can vary so I like to have two different bags:
the one of the left is from the Bethany Mota Collection in Aeropostale which is no longer available (I will link similar ones below) and the one of the right is Cath Kidston which is also no longer available.

My pencil case is literally my baby. It carries everything that is important for me to be able to work in college with my stapler, memory stick and tipp-ex. (the pencil case is from the kids section at Cath Kidston)

These are a few of my other everyday essentials, including Body Shop Honeymania hand cream, Impulse body spray and Walgreens Watermelon lip balm.
Hope you all are enjoying the back to school season,
