Friday

October/November Favourites.

 Clothes:
Cath Kidston blue spotty tote bag
This bag is a little treasure. It is a daily use in my life, whether I am off to college or going shopping. I can fit everything perfectly into this bag and have room for extra! (more often those sneaky purchases) I personally bought mine second hand because they can be pretty pricy ranging from £40+.

Beauty:
imPress press on manicure
These are amazing. I have normally very weak nails meaning that nail polish never really stays on for long, neither do stick on falsies. These however have been on for a few days now and are working like a miracle and still look brand new. You can buy these in any good drugstore for around £7-£8.

Music:
Taylor Swift - 1989 DELUXE
This is unreal. People always ask which of the songs on this album is my favourite because well everybody has heard it. For me though this is a hard choice... I LOVE THEM ALL. For those of you who have not already got this album, which worries me if you haven't! You can buy it anywhere amazon, itunes, google play or anywhere else for around £16.99

TV Show:
Keeping Up with the Kardashians
Now we just got the E! network in our house meaning that I can get a daily dose of those Kardashians who everybody secretly loves. Do I need to go into much detail here? They are just all adorable.

Random:
Christmas Candles
Well it is the most wonderful time of the year after all... Whether they smell of cookies or the crisp winter air. It simply is just magical.

Products I regret buying #1

Neal's Yard White Tea Facial Mist
Now is I though would be great, organically made that helps 'calms and rehydrates all skin types'. However for me putting it on over my make up just made my face sting and itch and after I would immediately have to remove my make up. I was really disappointed with it as it wasn't a cheap product either.

Rimmel London Match Perfection Concealer and Highlighter (010 Ivory)
This again I thought would be great, I have the foundation and I absolutely love it! However this just has a really bad consistency and not a lot of coverage meaning that you need to put a lot of it on to get the coverage.

Batiste Dry Shampoo XXL Volume
Honestly this is horrible. It sits on my hair and doesn't blend in well or refresh my hair (as it says on the tin), I have used other batiste dry shampoos and loved them, however I will definately not be buying this particular one EVER again.

VO5 Ultimate Hold Weather Resistant Hairspray
This is just not even worth talking about, it has no hold. I can straighten my hair and by the time I go outside to the car, and I would need to touch up on it. So so disspointing.

I have an announcement...

So have any of you seen those movies Camp Rock or Parent trap?! Those one's where American kids go of and leave home for summer camp?! (If you haven't which rock have you been hiding under?)

WELL I AM GOING TO BE A CAMP COUNSELLOR!

SUMMER 2015

In August I applied for the Camp America Programme, and after filling out many questions, going to Wolverhampton for an interview, having a Skype interview and having to go to London to get a new passport, I have finally been placed at a camp!!

The camp that I have been placed at is everything that I had asked for, and the beginning of June couldn't come round quick enough.

All you know how much I love Gilmore Girls so when I googled the small town that the camp is in I freaked out....

(I know this would have been a monthly favourites but I thought that this way more important to share with you all)

I am hoping to share the rest of my journey with you all through many blog posts from going to get my visa, to packing, to pre-orientation days.

Benefit 'How to look the best at everything' make up kit review.

I am always slightly skeptal about high-end make up, part of me never really understands what the difference is between the high-end and the high-street.

Benefit is a brand that I fall in and out of love with all of the time. So when I bought this I wasn't too sure however it had all the products that I wanted to try.

Porefessional
This is a product that I have wanted for the longest time, I don't really need to go into too much detail about it because I think every beauty blogger has raved about it!
10/10

Hello Flawless Foundation
I AM GOING OUT TOMORROW TO BUY THIS IS A BIG BOTTLE! This is top of my christmas wish list. It is beautiful and amazing, it has a looser feel which means that I can get a nice even coverage over my skin which leaves a natural looking glow.
10/10

Boi-ing Concealer
This way okay, I would proably want to buy a bigger pot to be able to get the full feel for it, I personally prefer liquid concealer however this is something that I would quite happily put into my handbag to have on the go.
6/10

'I love me' Powder
I really didn't like this powder to be honest, the consistency just was not nice on my skin and had this really weird smell that just made me feel ill. I used it once and never again.
2/10

Until next time

Friday

My nail polish collection.

Out with the old and in with the new. Something that I have been saying about a lot of things in my life recently. My nail polish collection has been no different.

Now I know what this looks like.... not a lot of nail polish, right?!? Well it isn't. This is because I decided to throw out all of my nearly empty nail polishes and to revamp it all, why you may ask. Nail polishes after some time (or one's that are cheaper) can get weak in their pigments and are very easy to chip and if you have weak nails such as myself the polish can peal of easily.

Buying nail polishes that are slightly more on the pricey side is never a bad thing, they are more likely to last longer not just on your nails but also the stuff in the pot.
